Is it time to wear the Canadian flag as an arm band

Over the past few weeks, the main stream news media have reported on the actions of the Gestapo like actions of the present liberal government of Canada.

The Canadian government has ordered that only certain airports will be used for people coming into Canada.  As well the government has ordered that all passengers must have an covid-19 test done 72 hours before the person boards the plane and it must be negative.  This is understandable, what comes next is a complete violation of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and the Constitution of Canada.

Many Canadian passengers are being detained without any information why they are being detained,  The are also taken to an undisclosed hotel where they are held against their will, unable to communicate with outside sources as to where they are and why.

Guards are placed outside their doors so that no one escapes.  They are held against their will for three days, and if the tests they were forced to take when they arrived shows positive they are taken to an isolation camp for 14 days and tested again before they are freed from their detention.  If the tests they were forced to take at the airport shows negative, the Canadian is allowed to proceed to return home where they will be met by officers and spot checked from time to time to guarantee they do not leave their places of isolation.   This action is in total violation of the Charter Rights and Constitution.

At present I am more than happy to say that people are rising up and challenging these draconian and fascistic regulations.  There are a number of private cases going to the courts and a number of class action law suits going before the courts.  The Supreme Court of Canada will become involved as these cases meander their ways through different hoops and obstacles.  In fact the Supreme Court of Canada has no choice but to hear these cases and make a ruling that will affect the future of Canadian law and policies.

In reality there is only one question that has to be answered.  Is the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and the Constitution of Canada written in stone or written on toilet paper?  That is the only question.  If these documents that Canadians hold dearly are written in stone regardless of the international or national situations, than there is and will be value to present and future governments signature on documents pertaining to Canada's conduct of government.

The reason why I say this, is because both the Constitution of Canada and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms are the conditions by which all laws in Canada are created and instituted.  According to the Constitution Act of 1983, all laws and regulations must be created and enacted upon through the directions of the Constitution of Canada and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.  Failure to bring about changes in the laws of Canada without the direction of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Constitution of Canada, makes the laws and regulations unconstitutional and therefore in direct violation of these documents that Canadians hold dearly.

If the Supreme Court of Canada rules that the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Constitution of Canada are not written in stone, that all rights and freedoms including Aboriginal rights and freedoms are at the discretion of the governments both provincial and federal and no one's rights are therefore guaranteed under the laws of Canada.

What surprises me most of all, is the silence from the opposition parties.  Their silence is defining and disturbing.  They have said nothing concerning the actions of the liberal government.  They have demonstrated that they are infavour of the actions of controlling the population that has been demonstrated.  Depending on the ruling of the Supreme Court of Canada will determine whether or not the Canadian flag be worn as an armband.

Those who understand and know the history will understand and know what I am meaning.
