For weeks now I have been ragging against certain items concerning the actions of the government of Canada and the government of Ontario. And now we are seeing the total and complete violations of the governments as they trample underfoot the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Constitution of Canada.
People arriving by air have been detained against their will, rounded up by government SS officers, with the support of the police for those those who refuse to be detained. Yes that is right. If you are being rounded up by the Canadian gestapo, and you refuse, the local constabulary will arrest you and charge you and may even imprison you for not complying. This is a direct and flagrant violation of the Charter Rights and Freedoms and Canadian Constitution. If you have done nothing wrong, and you have in good faith complied with the draconian regulations only to be rounded up against your will and forced to stay in an undisclosed location, without communications to a lawyer or a family member, that is a violation of the Charter Rights and Freedoms.
Both trudeau and ford need to be held responsible for these violations. They have wiped their asses with the constitution and they could care less about it. They are acting as dictators and what is even more disturbing is that people are just rolling over and saying "Well it doesn't effect me so why should I care. I'm not traveling". Get your heads out of your asses!
Through out the history of the world, no government who has tasted the power of authoritarian rule has never given it up. We have seen that with legislation passed by ford and when a members of the conservative party objected or questioned ford, they were dismissed as fast as could be. Bill 195 allows the government to hold onto certain powers and has become part of Chapter 17 of the Statutes of Ontario. Go on line and read it.
Canada through this excuse of a pandemic which by the way has a 90% recovery rate, has found what these governments needed to enact controls of the population as they see fit. Such action is comparable to events in history. The burning of the Reichstag in Belin enabled the Nazis to enact sweeping powers to control the population and carry out their barbarism and slaughter of the disabled, undesirables, and so called enemies of the state. Canada and even Ontario have put themselves into such positions and the population says nothing because nothing is happening to them (yet).
Our national anthem says "Oh Canada we stand on guard for thee." Well where are the people? where are those to stand and protest, cry out in the vast wilderness of plugged ears of people who haven't a clue what is really happening this country that is no longer free. These are just the first steps. The prime minister has said there is more to come.
The reality of the Canadian Union of Socialist Provinces and Territories is no longer a joke when people are being held against their will at the discretion of some officer and then rounded up by an SS brute squad.
