After listening to the prime minister this morning/afternoon has indicated that Canada will continue in this 2020 mode of fascist controls over the population by governments. The reality is that the governments will not be changing their way of dealing with the controls they have instituted.
So there will be no birthday parties, no christmas, new years, anniversaries, no easter, no may 24 weekend, no Canada day, august 1st, and labour day celebrations. The continued controls over how many Canadians attend funerals, weddings, religious services, and the demand that everyone wears a mask.
The difficulty will be the governments surrendering the powers that they have given themselves since the pandemic has started. Will they return the civil liberties and civil rights that were and are being withheld from Canadians. I doubt very much that the governments will be willing to give up their powers and go back to the so called normality. The ones that will fight the most to maintain their power are the non-elected dictators of the health units. These guys will demand that they retain the powers they have been given by the provinces.
The politicians have and are going to continue to "shame" and fine violators and it would not surprise me that some of these individuals will end up in the secret internment camps called isolation camps.
The government has just changed the numbers of infected persons by mid December. The first number was 2000 cases per day, then 6000, then 9000, and now 10,000 cases a day. This is number crunching according to averages. If these numbers are so, than with a population of only 36,000,000 people, how long will it be before the whole population will be infected. The numbers don't support the actions that are being taken.
