European - No Apologies - No Guilt

 This photo has not been so widely used that everyone has seen it.  I just happen to stumble upon it and understood it's implications right away.

The "new order" that has swept Canada, is one of the most racist and bigoted social construct and has it's own origins in Marxism.  Anti-Fa and Black Lives Matter are determined to rewrite the history books when in reality they could add to it.  Such organizations are demanding that all European peoples need to apologize for the past.  A past which many so called Europeans had no hand in committing the so called offenses.   That too is where the rub is at.  Let us be perfectly honest.  The politically left is playing lip service and is hoping that the rest of the European populations agree.  But that is where another rub is.

Many immigrants that came to Canada were not European but rather Ukrainian, German Mennonites living in Russia and wanting to flee the communist rule and slaughter.  There were many Europeans that did immigrate to Canada, but these arrived as children as in those from Ireland and England.  There were others that arrived, but the goal of the left is to make the Europeans feel guilty and then fall into the politically correct line up and be willing to apologize for something they didn't do, and did not have the responsibility of  doing.

The French and later English colonials had their embedded social understanding which is very unfortunate.  The French for example believed that educating the Indigenous peoples might make them good people but never good Frenchmen.  This attitude was also understood by many who came from the United Kingdom.  These are unfortunate and wrong concepts but equality was not thought of in the 1800 and early 1900s as extending beyond the two founding nations, the French and the English.  Even before 1776, the policies of England was to make the world British, and the policies of the French were to make what ever was left French.  But I digress.

In today's culture and society left wing organizations can not expect people born in Canada from 1950 on to apologize for something they were never apart of and rejected what these offended groups are saying is their responsibility.   The racism and bigotry that is being bantered about now, lays mostly at the feet of the politically left who wish to appease as any cost and bend over backwards to appease the politically correct ideologies.
