This seems to be the norm these days.

 The lockdowns, the constant extensions of lockdowns, wearing masks, emergency power extensions and the abuse the governments in and of Canada just seem to push aside parts of the constitution and the majority of people just go with the government, drinking the propaganda kool-aid via the media.   This has caused many people, including myself, to just want to forget about the whole thing.

And yet, historically that is what happened in many countries.  As pandemics or a crisis and then another crisis all blend together and people seem to just go with the flow.  When they wake up one morning and find all their civil rights and liberties are gone.  The press is controlled by the government (which is usually the first freedom to go) and the only news you get is what the government wants you to see.

Trudeau bought the loyalty of the media industry by giving them money.  This was the first sign that everyone should have taken notice of.  He now controls the main stream media.  The next sign everyone should be noticing now is the control of the internet.  No matter what the liberal government is saying, the intent of Bill C-10 is to control the internet as the government controls the media.  By saying that this bill will introduce Canadian content, what they are really saying is that the people will see Canadian content that the government wishes them to see.   Such blogs as this will not survive once this bill is passed as it stand right now, nor in the future as "orders in council" will change the law to however the liberals and their desire to control the population is developed.

With there desire to keep extending their emergency powers, the governments in Canada have opted for the "rule of law", where-by they have been able to reduce civils rights and liberties to toilet paper and have flushed our rights of liberty and freedom down the government toilets.  Canadians have stood by and for the vast majority, just stood and watched, nodding their heads in compliance and gone on being controlled by the governments in Canada.

This is not to say that there is not a pandemic, there is and that's a major fact.  What has been taking place though is the abuse of years and years of cuts and slashes to health care and social networking budgets by every government in Canada for the past 40 years.  The pandemic showed the results of this abuse to everyone in Canada and how the system had been whittled down that there was no way the healthcare system could survive.  Why is it that Canadians do not hear about Sweden, or Norway, or very little information coming out of Texas and Florida?  The answer is that they have approached covid in a different way and their way is working without abusing the system.  Their health care systems have not suffered the governmental abuse as the Canadian system has.

Canadians need to understand that when Diefenbaker brought in universal health care to Canada, the federal government pitched in dollar for dollar spent by the provinces.  Brian Mulroney, Jean Chretien, Paul Martin, reduced the federal government level to 11 cents paid out for every dollar the provinces have spent.  The result is the slash and cuts to health care by the provinces because they just didn't have the money.  The federal government can actually return the dollar for dollar payments without adding more tax burden onto the people.

If anything, the virus has shown the weaknesses of the health care system in it's present form.  The governments are, however, ignoring that fact and are looking under useless rocks to find something they can latch onto and blame other than themselves.  But the people have just moved on and yawned as if this is something new.  They need to wake up.

Here we are.  Ontario government has once more extended their emergency powers, have once more dangled candy in front of the population, giving a false hope.  The governments are already planning for a fourth wave for after the summer, and developing a system where by people have the choice of being vaccinated or not, but issuing a vaccination passport so that those who have exercised their civil rights not to be vaccinated will suffer consequences of not having one.  Non-vaccinated people are being vilified by the government officials and of course this is passed onto the population to apply peer pressure onto non-vaccinators to become vaccinated.

As the population are being lulled back to sleep by the governments, the "I no longer give a shit" attitude is being developed and manipulated by the governments with great success.  The end result is as long as the people have alcohol in one hand and some domestic life form to have quietus with in the other hand, the people (with government hopefulness and manipulation) will be happy to wallow in their own muck being fully content allowing the government to do what every they please.

  

Is Ford the stranger at the gate of a park handing candy out to people?

 

The government of Ontario has dangled carrots to the people of Ontario.  But wait!  The reopening of Ontario is based on conditions, that do not begin until sometime around June 12.  All of this depends on how many people get vaccinated.  It's manipulation in action.  The carrot is being prepared to dangle in front of people.

The June 12th first step is just a temptation of a manipulated plan to continue to control the population.  People need to remember that the first step is dependent upon the number of people who have been vaccinated.  Step two and tree are each fourteen days apart with similar conditions based on the percentage of people being vaccinated.

What many people haven't noticed though is that the Ford government has extended their emergency powers for another seven months.  They have also begun planning for a fourth wave to appear sometime after the summer, which would enable a further extension of emergency powers again.  This government is not letting go of power all that soon.  So as the first gates of freedom have been opened, the entire cage is still closed off.

In saying all of this, the government has lost the people.  People are ignoring the orders coming from the government.  To many people, the government has lied to the people, they have manipulated the information given to the population, and they have destroyed communities, and they have ignored the rights and freedoms of the population and have insisted on the "rule of law", which has not gone through the requirements of being filtered through the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. 

But it does not stop there.  In court case after court case the government has been totally unable to produce any scientific facts nor health facts to back their destruction of employment and businesses.  When challenged in court, the government resort to rule of law, than they are in providing the evidence needed to support their claims in court challenges.  There isn't one province that have presented the scientific evidence which by law they are required to establish to justify their claims.  But there isn't any.

As we look down the telescope to the future of this government, the fourth wave will arrive in September and the government will extend their next seven months, and we are back to where we were because right now no one can say for sure with 100% honesty that people who have the vaccines won't get covid again or just plain get it.

Ford has lost the people, so now he stands at the gate to the park to tempt people back into his windowless van of manipulated controls of the people. 

When The Rule of Law takes Precedents

 As the Ontario government prepares to allow the people of the province a semblance of "controlled freedom" they are also preparing for the Fourth \Wave to begin some time after the summer season, most likely just after Labour Day.

The premier of Ontario has extended his authoritarian powers for another seven months, which will bring his so called "emergency powers" to some time in December,   But there is little belief that this will be the last time further extensions will be made.  Non of the opposition parties seem to be too worried knowing that they have the same chance to use these very same powers after the next election.

The "Rule of Law' has been at the forefront of not only this government, but every provincial government in Canada as well as the federal government.  The premiers in each province has demanded that the rule of law be obeyed without question.  The rule of law however, has excluded the very controls of the so called rule of law by pushing aside the Constitution of Canada, the Constitution Act of 1983, and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms as well as the Canadian Bill of Rights.  These very corners of Canadian democracy have been turned into political toilet paper to be flushed away.  And even though I have used that analogy many times, I believe this is what is happening.  What was a democracy is now a Fascist state, a Communist run authority where the such liberties do not exist. 

While people are protesting the lock downs, and protest the draconian laws and regulations the governments have ordered, the reality is that these premiers and the prime minister have become nothing more than little Hitlers' and Stalinists.  The rule of law has ignored the very foundations of Canadian democracy including civil liberties.  By issuing strangling fines to people who have opposed the rule of law, the governments have shown their true nature, the love of power in the ability to control the population.

The governments have spread fear into society.  They have destroyed whole communities all for the sake of the Rule of Law.  Businesses have closed up never to return,  People have committed suicide seeing no hope of a future because the governments have gone out of their way to spread fear,  They have turned neighbours against each other by encouraging informants to call authorities.  Adults as well as children have suffered as the hands of the governments whos only concern is the rule of law.

 Canada has been turned into a fascist/communist state, and there is more to come.

Kenney misrepresents the Constitution & Bible in the same speech

During a live-streamed question-and-answer session on May 19, Alberta’s Premier Jason Kenney spent nearly ten minutes vilifying Christian pastors who disobey his orders. He claimed that the pastors were spreaders of disease, and were jeopardizing their neighbour’s health. Without citing any specific scripture, Mr. Kenney claimed that assembling for worship contrary to his lockdowns is a “reckless disregard” of a “biblical mandate.”

Pastors James Coates, Art Pawlowski and Tim Stephens have all spent time in jail.

In his diatribe against these and other pastors, Mr. Kenney invoked the rule of law as the principle by which all citizens are governed. The premier explained the rule of law this way: laws apply to everyone and the health orders are laws, so everyone must obey health orders.

Unfortunately, the premier’s description of the rule of law is incomplete and misleading.

In a constitutional monarchy such as Canada, the rule of law rests first and foremost on the premise that there is an ultimate law which governs society and which protects citizens by constraining government power: the Constitution. Laws that are inconsistent with the Constitution are of no force or effect. The rule of law requires politicians and governments to obey the Constitution.

The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which is part of our Constitution, protects freedom of conscience and religion, freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, and freedom of association and peaceful assembly. In contrast, lockdowns and other restrictions prohibit peaceful assembly and communal worship. Lockdowns destroy large swaths of civil society by making it illegal for Canadians to associate freely with others in social, business, athletic, religious, recreational and entertainment pursuits and activities.

The Constitution is what stands between politicians and total control of society. Indefinite lockdowns. Peaceful protestors and pastors in jail. Government control over the internet through Bill C-10. No more travel, internationally or between provinces. No more special family gatherings at important occasions like Christmas, birthday parties, weddings and funerals. Permanent poverty. Massive debt left to our children and grandchildren.

By waging constant war on civil liberties and by refusing to justify demonstrably, with evidence put before a court, the ongoing violations of Charter rights and freedoms, it is Mr. Kenney who disobeys the rule of law, not the peaceful pastors.

The Charter places no onus on pastors to justify their actions. Rather, the Charter places the onus on politicians to justify their violation of religious and other freedoms. In court actions in Alberta, BC and Ontario, governments have not placed any persuasive medical or scientific evidence before judges to support the governments’ theory that church services are deadly. While barricading GraceLife Church, the government has no evidence that this church caused or contributed to any COVID-19 deaths.

The Charter demands that governments provide evidence, not mere assertions and speculation. Citizens have a right to this evidence, if it exists. Thus far, the preponderance of evidence demonstrates that lockdowns are the worst and most destructive public policy decision in Canadian history.

Premier Kenney also claimed on May 19 that churches that continue with communal worship breach their “biblical mandates.” But nowhere in the Bible is there a single instance of a closure of the sanctuary or temple service because of the presence of a disease. You can search from Genesis to Revelation, and you won’t find it.

Mankind has always suffered from numerous diseases for which there was (or is) no cure. Leprosy, for example, was prevalent in biblical times. It was always horrific, and caused massive disfigurement. It resulted in the isolation of a person, not for 14 days, but being cast out of society for the rest of their lives.

Contrast that with COVID-19, which has a 99.7% survival rate and poses no threat whatsoever to roughly 90% of the population. Most who get it, have no symptoms or only mild ones, and recover without any medical intervention whatsoever. Government data and statistics tell us that Canadians under 70 years of age should fear getting into a car more than they should fear COVID-19. There is no rational basis for the disproportionate and extreme fear that Mr. Kenney and other politicians continue to promote.

The Bible is, however, replete with examples of civil disobedience. The Hebrew midwives disobeyed a direct order from Pharaoh in Exodus 1. Jonathan and the soldiers openly defied Saul, then king of Israel in I Samuel 20-22. Three Hebrew worthies refused to bow to Nebuchadnezzar’s statue of gold in Daniel 3, even though they were threatened with being burned alive. Daniel himself refused to honour the law of Darius the Mede and was consequently thrown into the lion’s den in Daniel 6. In Acts 5, the disciples were prohibited from preaching publicly, but they were specifically instructed by the angel who delivered them from prison to go back and continue preaching, in open disobedience to human authorities.

Taking their instructions from the Bible, principled people for millennia have – at great personal risk – stood up to tyrants. The American Quakers in free states disobeyed the laws which made it illegal to assist run-away slaves. Corrie ten Boom and her family hid Jews in their home in the Netherlands during the Nazi occupation, contrary to the laws in force.

Some will argue that public health orders are good laws, worthy of obedience. If that were true, Mr. Kenney’s government would have submitted medical and scientific evidence in court a long time ago, relishing the opportunity to humiliate the “unhinged conspiracy theorists”, as Jason Kenney has publicly described lockdown opponents. If public health orders actually produce more good than harm, governments would actively gather comprehensive data on lockdown benefits as well as lockdown harms. Instead, Canada’s federal and provincial governments have demonstrably failed to conduct any meaningful cost-benefit analysis of their Charter-violating measures.

Publicly vilifying peaceful pastors is easier than responding to the growing number of MLAs who have openly challenged Premier Kenney’s lockdown measures. Making certain pastors the scapegoat of society’s problems and failed public policy is easier than presenting medical and scientific evidence in court to justify lockdown measures which violate basic Charter freedoms.

The Media didn't say a word.

 The conservative government of premier Ford, past a bill (195) that gave them emergency powers.  This was passed last year.   The media kept basically quiet about the special powers the conservatives gave to themselves.  Now that there is two months left of this act of provincial parliament, the Ford government has passed legislation to extend these authoritarian powers for another seven months, and the media stays silent.

The extension of this bill, was never really discussed in the Ontario legislature, except for a lone member of the Ontario legislature, the very one who was expelled from the party for standing up and questioning premier Ford about Bill 195.  She has stood up and not even the NDP or the GREEN or even the Liberals has stood up and questioned the emergency powers that Mr. Ford is exercising.

There was no discussion because the conservatives hold a majority.  There wasn't a vote of the Ontario legislature because the conservatives hold a majority.  The seven month extension of emergency powers was put into motion behind closed doors and the only way it became known was basically after everything was completed.

Tina Gee, the member that was given the boot from the conservative party, broke the news in the Ontario Legislature.  She brought out the information during a discussion period and the legislature was basically empty.  So it is a good think that these sessions of Ontario parliament have been recorded.  And still the media stays silent.

Now that seven months have been added to the already ten month emergency powers, this pandemic will not be over until some time in 2022.  But let us not stop there.  When these extra seven months are almost expired, what would stop the conservative government from adding another seven months?  And the media will say nothing.

This new "opening plans" begins in the middle of June and if it all goes well, the middle of July will see (perhaps, maybe, not sure) the end of these special measures.  The government has suggested that perhaps everything will be over, but these added seven months end in 2022.  Since I don't believe let alone trust the government, we will not see the end.  And the media stays silent.

The government of Ontario has already hinted at a fourth wave developing sometime after the summer.  Yes, they have already hinted. You should be asking some questions and making demands, as the media will stay silent.  As long as this government maintains it's authoritative draconian regulations and laws, they will continue to extend their emergency powers over and over again.  And the people will swallow what the government says as the government will give grand excuses to justify their control over the population.   And still the media will stay silent.

With the Demands Made by Governments in Canada, they never once thought that they would be persecuting the Church

 The governments in Canada have taken the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Canadian Constitution, and the Canadian Bill of Rights, and have turned them all into political toilet paper to be flushed down the government toilets.  As governments in Canada have made their demands on the population, controlling their movements, where they can go, for what reasons, and other abuses of power, they have destroyed the community in general and the church community, the education communities and the service club communities.

Once governments have felt the winds of authoritative power on their faces, they will not want to give up that power anytime soon.  What the governments in Canada did not expect however, was that the loudest voices of opposition does not come from the anti-mask groups, nor the anti-lockdown groups.  The loudest voices have come and are coming from church leaders.  It has been the church leaders down through the ages that have stood up against governments of all sorts and against the abuses caused and acted upon by the governments in silencing all opposition.

The church has stood up to governments on civil abuses of powers and when the church has erred in their ways they have done everything possible to correct their errors.  When the church has stood up for what is right and condemning what is wrong, they have made sure the governments that they will not be silenced.

While many main stream and evangelical churches have quietly found other ways to get their messages of hope out to their congregations, there are those who decided to stand up and say what is wrong.  In this case they have stood up to the governments in Canada and have identified the direction of the the governments as authoritative political equivalents of fascism and communism governments where it is more important to control the population.

When the Nazi government in Germany decided to control the church, they effectively "Nazified" the church so it would not be in the way of party politics.  Meanwhile in Russia the communists simple executed church leaders and destroyed the buildings.  The persecution of the church can be done in many ways, including what the present governments in Canada have been doing.

In Germany the theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer publicly challenged Adolf Hitler.  In the midst of the Nazification of the German church, Dietrich Bonhoeffer  established the "Confessing Church" to bring the congregations back to being the church both spiritually and physically.  He was later executed by the government.

In Canada the governments are engaged in vilifying the church leaders who challenge their authoritarian controls.  They have not only fined these leaders, but have imprisoned them.  If this was done in any other country, many Canadians would stood up and named the injustice for what it is -- the persecution of the church.   And while the religious moral light in dimming in Canada, and the various communities are being destroyed by the people's very own governments, there are leaders who are calling out these governments that have decided to persecute the church using the courts and the media to further control and destroy the church community and control the attitudes of the population.

Evan though many churches do not want to get involved, there are those of the people who have come to the conclusion that the governments in Canada have gone too far.  In Ontario the government has lost the people.  They will be out of their homes and going to the cottage, to parks, to trailer and camping parks.  They will defy the stay at home order, for even at the present time the large percentage of the Ontario population have full intension of thumbing their noses at the Ontario government.

They have seen the authoritarian rule of the government.  They have seen friends and themselves charged and fined for violations of the governments dictatorship orders.  If this pandemic is ever over, which I would be very doubtful, the governments will not be so quick to maintain their abilities to control the population.  While the federal government is engaged in their desire to the communist liberal party, the provincial governments are set on controls in place that will enshrine their fascism and Nazification of their respective provinces.

The pandemic has become political.  It will never end.

As Canadians mouths are being sealed.

 I have tried to download this gif at least three times on face book and it has been denied all three times.  It would appear that this gif is offensive to them for some reason.

Face book itself has said that they support free speech, and yet, they have violated their own rules when they banned Donald Trump from using face book.  But it doesn't stop with Donald Trump.  There have been many times when ordinary people wish to express themselves only to find that they are in face book jail, or their post has been censored in some way.

Now comes Bill C-10 which is designed to censor the internet.  It is designed to bring bloggers like myself who are bold to express their ideas and criticize the government including the prime minister.  It would appear that Bill C-10 will pass with the help of the Bloc party.  Despite warnings from past chairs of the CRTC who have said the bill will censor the content of what Canadians will be able to see and hear.  This includes people's blogs.

The prime minister claims the purpose of the bill is to stop the spread of "false news" to stop information that does not agree with government policies.  The bill is to stop "conspiracy theorists" from blogging so called "misinformation" .  You see the greater picture though?  The prime minister's office is said to have a group of people who go on line looking for blogs that criticize the government but mainly to protect the reputation of the prime minister.  This bill will give the government the power to close down those blogs, all done through the CRTC.

 So there is truth to this statement.  The voice, or in this case the keyboard is more powerful than what those in charge want it to be.  Censorship is on the rise in many face book pages, and now the government's intervention is nothing more than a direct control of what the people will see and hear.  It is important to guide people away from the truth or from bigger polices that will destroy the fabric of Canadian society.  

Whether we call it communism or fascism, the use of the pandemic has every thing to do with the control of the population.  The longer the fear mongering goes on, the longer the restrictions keep everyone occupied, the governments in Canada are able to abuse and strike down the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Constitution.  The governments have changed these treasures of Canadian democracy into political toilet paper to be flushed down government toilets when ever.

Has The Ontario Government Lost the People?

 We are entering into our second year of restrictions, shut downs stay at home orders, and the list goes on.   People are protesting, demonstrating, defying and challenging the governments in Canada.

Here in Ontario it appears that the people have given premier ford the finger.  People are traveling freely, meeting with friends and family and to many they are being what is considered to be safe.  There is social distancing, wearing a mask, and in general enjoying the out of doors.

In order to suppress the population even more, the Ontario government has extended the stay at home order until June 2nd, so that (as he believes) the people will obey the orders and stay home.  It is not happening, nor is it being followed.

This weekend I witnessed more vehicles from out of the region going to their cottages, rented cottages, air b&b, and there wasn't the empty highways as the premier was hoping for.  On top of that, police officers are not following provincial instructions dealing the "disobedient" public.  In fact some officers have been reported in saying they have no intention of stopping people who they know come from away.  

By-law enforcement officers are a class unto themselves as they thrive on their extended powers, but that's another story.  The fact remains is that the general population regardless of rank and file, regardless of sex, race, creed, religion, or supposed place in society are individually snubbing the government orders.  In essence the government of Ontario has lost the people who have ignored and snubbed the government orders.

This weekend will be the long weekend and already it is widely known that people have rented cottages, camping space, made plans to visit friends and family.  The police will be more concerned with impaired driving and boating than they will be about people not being at home.  

The main stage media as in the CBC, Toronto Star, CTV and other sources are doing their best to present horror stories, patients passing away, despite the known and recorded 91% recovery rate.  As a result the media is not being listened to, in fact at times not even being watched.  The media which was the cherished propaganda machine of the governments, is no longer a valued institution.  

With the loss of the media, and government no longer is able to carry a big stick.  Boating marinas are opened and functioning.  People are out and about.  Despite premier ford making his announcements, and the daily morbid count of the media, very few people are even listening.

In my opinion,  yes the government has lost the people and they will not be able to get them back even if they demand a total lock down of the entire province.  I believe it would be ignored.    

Let Me Be the Devil's Advocate Here.

 a lady in Alberta took this picture.  For her she was horrified that a Nazi Youth flag was fluttering in the breeze along with the flag of the Confederate States of America.   She claims that she almost ran her car into a tree as she passed the property.

The end result is that she contacted everyone she could, to force the land owner to take down these symbols of hate.  The R.C.M.P. and the township office spoke with the land owner and he refused to take down the flags. So the woman then went to the Simon Wiesenthal Center for Holocaust Studies in Toronto.  The Wiesenthal Center contacted and the R.C.M.P. and filed a criminal complaint against the land owner.

According to the news report, which has since been taken down off the news feed of the internet (most likely because it didn't get the response of outrage like they had hoped) there seems to be more concern about the Hitler Youth flag flying than they are about the Confederate Flag flying.  Being that aside, the land owner has already been called a white supremist, hate monger, etc. even though the report said nothing of the sort in the report.  But it doesn't take much to read between the lines.

According to the R.C.M.P. in reality there is no crime being committed.  It's just two flags being flown by a land owner.   Rightly so, there is no real crime here, accept for the symbolism that the Nazi flag represents since the bigger concern is the Nazi |Youth flag.  The filed criminal complaint is going on the compliant of symbolism for that is all it can do.

Now here's the Devil's Advocate part.  With the present conditions going on in Canada at the moment, these two flags can be used to protest the direction in which the governments in Canada appear to be going.  With all the draconian laws, the restriction of movement and even speech, the imprisonment of ministers and the seizing of church property, these flags present the authoritarian direction of Canadian governments.  And with the future passing of Bill C-10 that takes away freedom of speech and press, one can use these flags as symbols of oppression.

Let's walk down this path a bit more.  All the provincial governments in Canada have been using their own "health act" legislation to control the population.  Travel restrictions, stay at home orders, ratting on friends and neighbours, where 5 or more are gathered there shall the KGB/Gestapo  (police) will be.  The new media is also thriving on these stories making sure that the government abuse of power is seen as such, but rather a kind and benevolent government with the people's health as their concern (excuse me while I vomit).  The land owner is simply bringing the people's thoughts to the kind of governments that we are now experiencing in Canada.  After all provincial governments have jailed ministers on a new charge of "inciting people to attend church" and have also seized church buildings and property.  Sound like oppression to me.  So the flags can represent the direction of the governments of Canada.

Let's walk a bit further down the path.  There isn't one flag in the world, that does not represent oppression of sort.  China's flag comes to mind first, than the Union Jack as another - remember the historical moto of the British Empire was to "Make the world British".  The flag of France is another one, and then the Canadian flag ----  what your may ask.  Yes the Canadian flag since it is well known that the First Nations have claimed in the United Nations that Canada is oppressing them.  So it depends on how you want to play this game.

Another path is this.  If these flags of oppression are ruling your life, than perhaps you need some therapy.  After all, the WWII is over, the American civil war is over.  Columbus coming to America in 1492 is long past.  The list can go on and on, however if you are so concerned what someone is flying a certain flag is all about, than yes perhaps you may need therapy.

Trust No One. Talk to No One. Be Warry of Your Neighbour. This is no longer Canada. It Is Now The USSC.

 This is my response to the person who decided the police had to be called over the weekend.  There were too many cars I guess in front of my residence.  So the police were called with a report of a large party going on and people being rowdy.

When the police arrived, I guess they walked around the property looking for a large party.  My neighbours had a fire going in their fire pit and it was just their family of 5.  The person lives in the other unit was asleep so there wasn't any one there.  I myself was inside watching television.  That was it, no one else was around.  You would think it would end there.  I don't believe it did.  I noticed a vehicle from the county parked in front of my car and I am sure it was county by-law enforcement as I have seen officers in similar vehicles.  

So far nothing more has taken place.  But it has amazed me that in the neighbourhood were I live there are "rats" ready to satisfy their warped sense of civic duty.  This activity has been encouraged by the local health unit, the Ontario government, as well as the federal government.   Reminds me of other totalitarian states where people make phone calls reporting others.  I can see it happening.  People no longer trust each other.  There is fear that someone near by is going to report you for something.

The attitude that if you have done nothing you have nothing to worry about, no longer applies.  People are being encouraged to report their neighbouts, friends, family members for any kind of alleged violation of the covid laws that are in direct violation of Charter Rights and Freedoms.

I was surprised to find out that there are people here that revel in the idea of reporting someone.  In fact it's like a narcotic to them, it gives them a rush and enables them to brag to their friends what they have done.  Patting themselves on their own backs they fail to realize that they can be reported as well. 

I guess this is all apart of the police state that we find ourselves in.  Trust no one.  Talk to no one.  Be fearful of everyone for they are not your friends.  Admit to nothing, and be careful how you answer questions.  Don't answer the door if you don't have to.  Request warrants from officers, and when presented with one, read it carefully before you let them in.

HAS THE POLICE STATE ARRIVED?

Many may be upset with the references to Fascism that I have made when referring to the present understanding of the governments in Canada, both federally and provincially.  I have made many mentions of how I understand and see the depraved and immoral these governments have been.  These governments have violated the Canadians Charter of Rights and Freedoms, have violated the Constitution Act - 1983, The British North America Act 1867, and the Criminal Code of Canada.  These rights and freedoms that have been the cornerstone of Canadian democracy, have now become nothing more than political toilet paper, being flushed down the government toilets.  And no one seems to care.

The bigger picture is what is to be seen when you put all the actions of the governments together.  So far thanks to the media, we have only been given what the governments want us to see and hear.  Daily Canadians are bombarded with statistics, and adds that the governments all know what is best for the population.  And yet even the numbers given daily by the media through the governments propaganda machine don't match up to the reality of the situation.   There is a 91% recovery rate.  The vast majority of people who contract covid isolate for two weeks and that's it.  Those who have contracted covid and are in hospitals can recover.  The amount of people who die just only to covid is very small.  But the news media seems to hang around hospital ICU's to find a case that will substantiate the proof they report.

Yes there are cases of covid.  It would be stupid of me to say there isn't.  Yes people become hospitalized.  But the reporting and stories still do not match the reality.  Every person has a story and there is no doubt that their story is all too real.  But that is not the majority of cases.

 The majority of Canadians seem to believe the propaganda the government has been spewing out daily.  People are kept in fear.  Children are told if they don't wear a mask they could kill their grandparents.  People have been told that they are carriers and as such they will cause people to become ill and die.  People are told that getting covid will for sure put them on the road to death.  In fact many TV shows are propagating that very concept.

The governments have destroyed communities, destroyed businesses, destroyed people's lives, destroyed families, and the list goes on and on and on.  On top of all this, there is more and more proof that lockdowns don't work.  That treating covid like the spanish flue does not work, and now the governments are demanding that vaccinations will save the country.

On top of all that, those people who show no symptoms, the so called asymptomatic individuals are a threat to the population.  The government is saying that people who don't show signs or the symptoms of covid, need to be tested to prove that they do have covid.  In fact the governments have declared a kind of racial war on those who do not have the symptoms.  

The police state is here and it will not be going any place.  The state has controlled the majority of the population.  The production of vaccine passports is not just a possible thought, it has become reality so that the governments can further control the population.   Such passports will result in separations of families, the inability to go shopping, attend funerals, social clubs, theaters, have friends over, socialize.  A person without the passport will become socially unaccepted and the governments will make sure the majority of Canadians who believe in the government carry out the isolation of non-passport holders.

The minster of health for Ontario has already come out and announced that those who do not have a vaccination passport will suffer the consequences for not having one.  The police state is here to stay and it is embedding itself into the frame work of Canada  -- all in violation of the the charter of rights and freedoms. 

The police state is here and Canadians need to stand up against it.

The Development of the Union of Soviet Socialist Canada.

 It is a sad event when even in Canada, the majority of the people do not exercise their democratic right to vote.  It is even more unbelievable when political parties, especially the liberal party, enjoy the fact that the majority of the population does not vote.  They count on it as it allows them to force their controlling agenda on a population that for all points and purposes are content to be led by the nose and forced into complying with draconian law.

This appears to have been the problem in Canada from the very beginning.  People feel their vote does not account for anything.  They believe their vote is meaningless and in many cases this attitude has been taught to them.

Changes to the Canadian constitution have allowed for the creation of something that was not considered at the time of passing.  At one time the Canadian people voted for a person in their riding that would represent them in the parliament in Ottawa.  This concept has been done away with.  The people of Canada no longer vote for a person to represent them in parliament.  The people are now voting for a person whom the leader of the party has chosen, that will represent the leader of the party to the riding.  This is a far cry from the original design of Canadian election of representative.

By this present day electoral system, parliament has been pushed aside to be nothing more than a body of high priced bell hops that have virtually no meaning to the Canadian population.  So as parliament is being pushed aside, the people appear to have been pushed aside a long time ago, likely before parliament was pushed aside.   At least at one time there was hope that the democracy in Canada was strong and resistant to a form of dictatorship where the leader of the party controlled not only the party, but also who got into the party.  Now the leader of the party is also the dictator of the party.  Hence the concept that Canadians elect a person who will represent the leader of the party to them.  Parliament has, for all purposes, become null and void.

This is how power is obtained by political parties.  At this present point in the life of Canada if the party can obtain the votes of only 30% of the voting population, it will enable that party to rule even with a majority of seats in parliament.  It is that 30% that the parties hope to attract all the while ignoring the other 70% who appear to be content to let happen what ever happens, believing that their vote doesn't matter.   Well it does matter.  It matters a lot.

Right now it would appear to be an accurate description of the so called majority of the Canadian public.  That description appears to be this:  "Canadians don't care about politics.  As long as they have a bottle in one hand and some form of domestic life to have coitus with, they are content to wallow in their own urine and fesses."   That would appear to describe the "non-voting" population.  It needs to stop.  It needs to change.  Canadians need to realize that all votes count and that they need to know what the party, not just the leaders, but the party stands for.

It would appear that at this present stage of Canadian democracy, the liberals are counting on the 70% majority not to vote.  That way the liberals can concentrate on the larger centers such as greater toronto and hamilton area and ottawa obtaining their votes, and since they don't have to worry, the eastern coast of Canada is expected to vote liberal without question.  The liberals don't care about the western provinces as the majority of the population is in Ontario and Quebec.

The majority of Canadians need to wake up to the fact that collectively their votes count and by using their power to vote in the upcoming election, they can change the direction of Canadian democracy.  With the majority of Canadians voting there is a strong movement that we no longer elect a person who only represents the leader of the party to us, but to actually vote for a person to represent them in parliament, the way it should be.

IT WILL NOT END - the continual saga of covid-19

 Covid-19 has been politicalized from the very beginning.  All governments in Canada have realized that if you keep the population in constant fear, one can manipulate the population to fall in line and to goose-step with government regulations.

The news media has helped by daily focusing on the pandemic for over a year now, with no expectation that there will be an end anytime soon nor even later.   The government propaganda keeps saying "we will get through this, just do your part."  Well we have been doing our part with to no avail.  There are reporters that seem to hang around ICU rooms to tell of the stories of people.  This is not to say that covid is not here and that these situations do not happen.  In saying all of that, covid-19 has a better than 96% recovery rate.  There are many hospitals, even in the so called hot spots, were they ICU is basically empty.  Rural community hospitals very seldom have coid-19 patients and those that are reported to have contracted covid, as isolating at home for two weeks and that's about it.

The PCR testing, which is suppose to be the excepted testing method, only scored about 3.90% positive and 96.10% negative,  There are about 39 million people living in Canada and there have been about 32 million tests done.  This apparently include those who have taken two or more tests.  Reason I say this is that some people need 2 consecutive tests done in order to return to school or work.  This number also includes those who are hypochondriacs that need to feel they have to be tested weekly if not daily.  And yes they have found some.

The thing is, this will not end.  The governments have found a pot of gold in their bids to control the population, dismantle the community, and persecute religious organizations, and end the biggest threat to governments which is the church and the people who are capable to think for themselves.

This pandemic will not end as governments are doing their best to control the internet (Bill C-10) and allowing regional health units to control the province, a position they were never entitled to but given the responsibility (ON. section 22 of the Reopen Act [what ever].) 

This pandemic will not end any time soon.  In their rush to participate in the fear mongering propaganda, the government did not count on those who would challenge their planned programs.  The government did not plan on those who questioned and proved the numbers game was being manipulated.  As opposition is growing, the government now takes action.  They have forced through the courts the pad-locking of church doors, even seizing the property and the building.  They have forced through the courts the changing of locks on businesses that challenge them.  The issuing of huge un-barrable fines to force compliance when in fact the government is wrong, wrong, wrong.

The fourth wave has already been predicted by governments in Canada, with another expected fifth wave to happen after the Labour Day long weekend.  Computer models are constantly being changed to facilitate and maintain the fear mongering.  Computer models are interesting as governments feed the computers selective and chosen material in order to create the outcome that they desire.  The same thing has been done with climate change, especially here in Canada where the inclusion of Canada's forests are deliberately being omitted in order to obtain the government program to justify increased taxation.

The governments in Canada have already decided when this pandemic will be over.  They have even manipulated that information so that the continual use of masks, hand sanitizer, and control over the economy and the population is maintained.  The continual gathering of information, the carding of the population, the compliance to have a vaccination passport, continual testing and the list goes on and on, would make any totalitarian government of the past jealous with envy at the non-violent forced compliance of its population.

On top of all this, the governments in Canada both provincial and federal have pushed aside the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Constitution of Canada, and even parts of the Criminal Code of Canada without one iota of thoughts in their attempts to control the population and destroy these documents that have been the cornerstone of Canadian democracy.  And the unfortunate part of all this, is that there isn't one single party in any of the provincial or federal governments that would do anything different to establish in stone the very documents that have stood the test of time and it appears that the courts are on the side of the governments as these controls are being engraved in the very rocks of our democracy.  While this is going on, free speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of press and many other freedoms are being chiseled out.

The people are being silenced.  The people are being told to obey.

Union of Soviet Socialist Canada is no longer knocking at the door.  The door has been opened.  

1984 - Spirit and Structure

 

In 1984, I had decided to finally read a book called "The Spirit and Structure of German Fascism."  Now before you walk away here, I had found the book in a book sale bin when I was visiting friends in Buffalo N.Y. in about 1980/81,  The book was found in a Coles Book Store and the book is authored by Robert Brady, written in 1936 and published in 1937.

The book is pure politics.  It is free from the death camps, war in Europe, and of any and all Allied leaning.  As a book of pure politics, the author establishes the effects of fascism in Germany at the time and the direction it was going.   As I read the book in 1984, even then I could draw parallels to Canadian politics.  At that time the leader of the liberal party was Pierre Trudeau.   If anything, P. Trudeau was laying the ground work for the future.  One thing I do have to say about Pierre is that despite everything that people disliked about him, he was a nationalist first and foremost.  He did believe in Canada and was ready to challenge anyone who thought differently.

His son however, is anything but a nationalist.  Justin is a globalist and a supporter of communism and even fascism which in reality there is very little difference.  The above chart that I have posted with this blog speaks more of what J. Trudeau is trying to achieve and use what ever means (the pandemic) to achieve his goals.  He has basically followed the path seen in the list of items, and even though he may give lip service when challenged, in reality as a globalist he has no choice but to devise a way to control the population in order to achieve his goals.

Canadians are famous for being asleep for most of the time when it comes to politics.  The idea that Canadian politics is boring plays into the hands of politicians who have nibbled away at the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Constitution of Canada 1867 and 1983.  When Canadians finally wake up, it's too late and since nothing has really affected them, they soon fall asleep.

Today however, we are witnessing something that id different of somewhat out of character if most Canadians.  The government controls that have been forced on the population has awakened the political awareness of many individuals.  The governments of Canada are being challenged.  The doctors and scientists that the governments claim to rely on, are also being challenged.  

People are challenging their regional health unit officials who were given dictatorial powers that they should never have been given in the first place let alone powers they feel they are entitled to.  The people are challenging the by-laws that have been "rubber stamped" by the provincial governments.  The provincial governments have stood back without shame and allowed these micro fascist dictators all the room they need to "deactivate" society in general.

The provincial governments don't like to be challenged.  So when the people stand up and challenge the governments they seek their own questionable direction of provincial fascism to further control the population.  The strongest weapon in their arsenal is fear, a weapon that they have become very successful at using.  For example, by reporting the active cases of covid-19 along with the deaths, they have successfully maintained a level of fear in the population.  It is working too as everyone is rushing out to comply with government demands of vaccinations and being tested.  Now with the development of a vaccination passport, society will be divided and as the minister of health explained, "there will be consequences for not having a vaccination passport".  Another step in the fear mongering.

At this point.  Every aspect of the book that I have mentioned above, is coming into reality.  The pandemic has been and is being used to design the new society and the conditions of that new society.  For anyone to think that society will return back to normal, to the way is was before the pandemic, is more naïve and unaware of what is really going on.  When they wake up, they will find that the society they once knew will be gone.  In it's place will be more government controls, more government involvement in the structure of the new society and what was, will no longer be.

Just like when the German people woke up after Hitler rose to power, it was and it will be too late.  No use going back to sleep, as you will be swept up with the others.    

The forward steps towards political control

How many more freedoms are we the people willing to give up?  Canadians have had a reputation to sit by and just let thing happen.  We have seen that over and over again as the governments of Canada continue to peal away the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Constitution of Canada.

Media systems have gone to the extremes is depicting what they mean, and have gone into silent seclusion as they have been bought and paid for by the governments.  Meanwhile the people wake up each morning to find that another section of their charter rights have been quietly taken away.

The closest example of what the governments are doing now in Canada, is exampled by Nazi Germany.  It appears that Canada is following the script used by many of the Nazi party leaders from Adolf himself to some of his lesser officials such as Goebbels.  

The liberal party has always had an expectation of controlling the population of Canada.  They have developed their own "divine right to rule" philosophy and will do anything from lying, telling half truths, creating ways to change the topics when cornered.  Canadians can not afford to be complacent to the whims of the government propaganda.  Canadians need to stand up and push back.

The quest for an authoritarian government is being established and the people are waking up in the morning supporting this authoritarianism in the name of health and keeping society safe.  This has been and is the most common lie that ever has been presented over and over again through out the history of the world.  Canadians need to stand up and say enough.  Canadians need to stop drinking the political kool-aid .

Now that governments are creating vaccination passports, the population will be divided.  Those with out a passport will not be able to attend school, sit in bars and restaurants with friends and family.  Without a passport you may not be able to attend a church service, go to a wedding or a funeral.  You will not be able to attend functions of the Lion's Club and any other service club.  You won't be able to go the local gym, grocery shopping and the list will go on.  You will be stopped and asked for your papers and if one thinks this is going too far, you're right.  It is going too far but as long as people keep drinking the Kool-aid and just go with the flow, this will be the outcome.

Think I might be wrong?  I hope so, but one just has to read the history books.
