Bill C-10 -- another attempt to control Canadians.

 Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault has tabled a bill (Bill C-10) which if passed will allow the Canadian government to censor the internet.  This bill if passed, will enable the government of Canada to force servers such as face book, you tube, instagram, and other forms of internet media to take down and cancel accounts of people who post anything that they may deem offensive, hateful, or critical of the government off the internet.   Blogs like this would be terminated by government order and I myself could be prosecuted in court for my opinion.

This bill eliminates freedom of speech and the freedom of express one's thoughts and opinion in the many internet media and service outlets.  If this bill is passed, Canadians will only be able to read, hear, and express what the government of Canada wishes them to read, hear, and express.

Instead of Heritage Minister, Guilbeault should be made Propaganda Minister.  The desire to control the internet is high on the liberal planned authoritative policies.  The justification for this act of censorship is suppose to be confined to so called white supremist groups such as proud boys to name one.  The justification excuse is flimsy at that.  The reality is control of the internet, something that trudeau has admired China's ability to do.  

There are enough laws in Canada to successfully bring to justice those individuals who are determined hateful or discriminative enough to be prosecuted under existing laws in the Criminal Code of Canada.  Even O'Toole is taking a blogger to court for his weekly videos that criticize the leader of the conservative party.  The need to bring into law yet another control factor over the Canadian people is just another excuse to establish an authoritarian dictatorship.

It would appear that the opposition leaders are ignoring the possible trampling of civil rights and are listening only to the "pretend justification" of cancelling hate speech, and false news from the internet.  The reality still is plane and simple.  The government (regardless of party) appear to have a desire to control what the Canadian public hear and read.  Only what the government deems acceptable will be allowed.  Again, a blog like mine would be taken down on the demands of the government.

Can you imagine if the conservative party were to table such a bill, the opposition parties including the liberals would be screaming.  They would be shouting "Sieg Heil!" .  There would be so many outbursts that the Speaker of the House would be standing continuously.  The liberal sponsored news media would be out in full force demanding resignations and printing and reporting disgust that such a bill was even thought of let alone tabled.

It is difficult at times to determine if the present government of Canada is leaning toward communist agenda or a fascist agenda. They are both very close in nature and both are branches of socialism, a political system that Canada appears to have been carefully walking somewhere down the center.  Now however, with the pandemic being in the forefront, authoritarian rule has become more and more fashionable not by the federal government but by the provincial governments as well.  It has become even more and more important that legal actions through the courts, all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada, be taken in order to maintain the Charter Rights and Freedoms and Constitution of Canada.

For many Canadians, the knowledge that this is still Canada and not China is not lost and the lines can be clearly seen.  It is the liberal government that have attempted to blur the lines hoping that Canadians won't notice the liberal's dance with the Chinese Communist Party.  

If Bill C-10 is passed, there will be more eroding of Canadian freedoms.

History is repeating itself and only those who understand and know their history realize what is going on.  How often have we been hearing "its for the health of the people"; "its to keep people safe."; "we need to pass these laws and regulations to keep society safe and healthy." .  These are the common statements that have been used over and over again.

We used to hear this statement until it was understood by politicians that such a statement was just that, a statement that had not meaning to it, so it's no longer used, that statement being "We are all in this together."  No bigger phrase of unadulterated bull crap was ever uttered by politicians as the middle class appears to be slowly eradicated.  By the time this is over (if it ever is) the middle class that makes up the majority of business owners, employers, employees, will be in positions of poverty.    

 I have heard it a few times, that this pandemic is a global experiment in the "culling" of the human herd in order to obtain fewer people populating the earth.  It doesn't really matter if this in nothing more than a conspiracy theory, this is not the first time something like this has been suggested.

During the Nixon era it was suggested that HIV-AIDS and Ebola were created in a laboratory and injected via vaccinations in Africa and parts of the United States with such a purpose in mind.  There is a book about this written by Leonard G. Horowitz, D.M.D., M.A., M.P.H. entitled "Emerging Viruses - AIDS and Ebola - nature, Accident, or Intentional?"  I have read the book and see similarities as to what is in the book, to what is being propagated with this pandemic.  Years from now there will be writers who will write about this pandemic and will be attempting to answer the very same questions.

The government propaganda machines are doing the jobs that such activities have demanded.  Doctors and scientists have divided themselves along similar lines.  And for every doctor and scientist who's been "favoured" by the governments to justify their programs of spreading fear, there are equal amounts of doctors and scientists who disagree with government justification and "acceptable" doctors and scientists.  And when pressed in the courts to produce evidence of covid areas of infection, they fail drastically in finding the evidence to back the justifications to lock down policies.

The media has done their job well also.  By daily so called up dates, the broadcasting of numbers of new infections, and deaths in a morbid explanation using charts and graphs everyone has been bombarded with so called facts.  However, if one digs into the numbers game, they will see that the numbers don't match the calculations.  Computer models have been up dated with controlled information to arrive at scary facts and numbers to keep the population in a constant state of fear.  As a result, the above photo contains more truth than fiction.

For example, with the reporting of some 140 people or so with active covid-19 illness, not one of these people are in the two hospitals in the Haldimand/Norfolk health care region.  Those infected are at home doing the same things they would be doing in they had the flue or a cold - isolate yourself (bed rest), wash your hands, drink lots of liquids etc.  In fact when the virus first appeared, people were told the symptoms were similar to the flue or a cold.  Also when the virus first appeared, we were told that the virus jumped from chickens to humans in an outdoor market in China.  Then came the understanding that the virus somehow escaped a laboratory in China.   To be honest it doesn't matter.  What the governments desired on a global front was something to justify their actions.  It doesn't help anyone to be honest, as no one really knows what is going on.  Again the two photos give more truth than one desires.    

The Slow Destruction of Community.

 

The early church was a community of believers.  Just like the synagogues, Christians met in a home or in an open field, to come together as a community.  As the church grew and obtained a position of prominence with in a community,  the building became important as a special gathering place for people to come together and worship God, socialize, and in many cases as center of refuge and a place where taking care of the needs of the community.  The church was seen as a light with in the darkness, a place of respectful guidance.

Over the past decade or so, the church has seen the beacon of light fade into near darkness.  No longer a community, in many cases the church has become an abandoned building.  The place of solitude and quietness is slowly disappearing, as society moves in another direction.  The importance of community is progressively fading into the sunset as it were, as even societies are fading from any appearance of community.

During this pandemic, governments have demanded that people refrain from associating in groups.  The cost to the community is being felt everywhere.  The family, those who live in one household have become the community.  Whether the governments know it or not, it appears to be pushing a wedge into community and society.  People are afraid of each other.  In a short year, communities of people that would have met in a church, the local legion, community clubs such as the Lion's Club, Kinsmen, and others have been pushed aside in the name of isolation.  The concept of safety together has been replaced with safety of the individual.  The community appears to be slowly put to death as fear dominates.

The pre-pandemic church have been fighting an uphill battle for survival.  No longer are churches seen as a community.  The idea of the church being a building, has been attacked and attacked time and time again from within as the church attempts to re-write themselves as a purposeful community.  The idea of community was being established once more as a gathering of believers.  The only problem was and is, is where does this community of believers meet?   No matter how you attempt to establish the Christian community, the building or a building becomes part of the equation every time.

Now during this pandemic period, the church community is slowly being destroyed.  The gather of believers has been replaced with fear as numbers are forcing the restriction of the community.  But there is a darker side.  Whether it is realized or not, the community in general is slowly being chipped away and since any attempt to create a vacuum is an abhorrence, it appears that individualism is finally filling what appears to be an empty space.

The government has produced a program that appears to be justified that the individual is the important structure in keeping society safe from the pandemic.  It is suggested that when it comes to infection of the pandemic, that the individual needs to separate themselves from the family, the last bastion of any form of community.

Rebellion to this idea of community being an individual is what many people have come to realize as the danger of society.  But the struggle continues as long as governments pursue individual safety as a way to protect the family and in turn the community.   So what is the definition of community?  Is it the family or is it the extended family.  Does community become re-defined and if so, what is it.

The cost of the pandemic will be seen even if and when the governments decide the pandemic is over.  What was will not be again just because the governments have decided the cessation of the pandemic.  There is no such thing as going back to normal or what is considered pre-pandemic normality.  It just no longer exists nor will it exist ever again.

The concept of what is a community will be re-defined and re-established.  It will be up to the service clubs where they will fit into this new definition of community.  It will also be up the church, the gathering of the believers, the congregation to re-define themselves as a community, or a community within a community, or a community running parallel with the new main community.  To say that what was will be again is a mistake not just in general, but in practicality the new reality.

The moral beacon of the church was slowly fading in the past.  Can it be re-lit in the new normality of what society will be.  Will the community attempt to draw in the individual and will the individual see themselves as part of the community.  Will the individual continual to see themselves as more important than the community and once every thing has been re-defined where will the position of the church be in all of this.

To be honest, the building is an inclusion of the Christian community, just as the Christian community is a gathering of like believers.  To define the church as only being the congregation is a mistake.  The church must include the building as a part of the definition of Christian community.  What the church will have to do, is find a position within the new normality as the new normality attempts to re-define itself in the new reality of a post pandemic era and how that new era will see itself. 

Some Say Canada Is Now A Police State -- Is There Truth In That Statement.

In Alberta, bill 66 enables any sitting Alberta government to have "emergency powers".  We have already seen a similar move by the Ontario government about a year ago.  Quebec seems to have given themselves special powers long before covid.  |We are witnessing other provinces passing legislation to do the same.  The Federal government has already given themselves those powers but have not brought it out in it's fulness yet.

It would appear that each province have powers that when enacted appear to supersede federal laws, meaning that provincial governments have been allowed to pass laws without passing through the shadows of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and Canada's Constitution.  That in itself makes these provincial regulations technically unconstitutional.

And now the leader of the federal NDP have written the prime minister requesting the enactment of the Emergency Measures Act and confine the act to Ontario only.  If that happens, all charter rights and freedoms become null and void.  They are cancelled and the Ontario government can roll over the people rights and liberties without worry of being challenged in the courts.  This is dangerous.

Already provincial governments and federal government are exercising powers that are questionable and are definitely in violation of Canada's constitution and charter rights.  There appears to be an deliberate move to justify their violations in such a way that divisions have developed in the population so that the people say little.  In other words the old saying comes out once more - "the average Canadian doesn't care what the government does.  As long as they have a bottle of alcohol in one hand and some domestic life form to fornicate with in the other hand, the will be content to wallow in their own muck and filth."  It is difficult to believe that this old saying is true, but for some reason it appears to be showing it self.

Movement is being controlled, speech is being crafted, illegal incarcerations are now a norm, a vaccination passport is being developed and regulations concerning the passport are now being written.  

Apparently there will be consequences for those who have not received a vaccination. Churches are being shut down, businesses must fall in a certain list in order to be open.  The many laws and regulations being passed and imposed by provincial governments violate Charter Rights and only a hand full are willing to fight these abuses, hence the truth of the statement above.

If covid did not happen, there would be an uproar so loud that governments would be shivering in their boots knowing how much these laws are a violation of rights and freedoms.

Pre Covid Life is Just a Dream

 Everyone is hoping for the return to life as it was before the covid pandemic happened.  This my friends can only be an illusion.  There is nothing, absolutely nothing in this world that will bring back a pre covid life.

The governments through the media still bring fear into the hearts and minds of the individual.  Anyone who disagrees is merely pushed to the side and ignored, even though there is a possibility those that don't agree may have a point.

A totalitarian society has been programed and it is quite evident that this system will continue until the Supreme Court of Canada stops it.  Just the same, so much of society has changed and people are terrified to step out of line.  

The breakdown of the health care system has been demonstrated by covid, of the years, even decades of budget cuts, abuse of nurses and doctors, and the total break down of the entire health care system.  We the people knew this decades back but no one in government listened.   Will the health care system improve?  To be honest - likely not.  The health care system needs to return to the pre Brian Mulroney era of government.  The federal government must kick in dollar for dollar spent by the provinces in order to have any hope of coming close to correcting the problem.

Provincial governments and the hospital boards need to return the the pre 1990's where nurses were hired full time and part time with 40hr. and 24hr. weeks.  There has to be the stability returned to the employees of the hospitals in order to accomplish what is needed.

For all the problems that covid has caused, there is a complete lack of willingness by governments to actually take action so that this doesn't happen again where there are not enough nurses to look after patients.  For every six patients there is to be one nurse, instead there are about one nurse for every 10 and sometimes 12 patients.  

Normality will not happen and people need to grasp that fact.  Society has been created into a "new normality" where the wearing of masks will still be policy, where social distancing will be expected in public.  The new vaccine passports will cause a divide between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated where restriction will be expected.  And the majority of people will support this out of fear.

The one good thing that has come out of all this - the common cold and the flue have been miraculously been cured.  For the last year there hasn't been any evidence of these two viruses that have strangely gone away.   

Does Anyone Really Know What's Going On?

 Over the last year, we have seen a break down in government, common sense, reality checks, and government orders that in many cases make no logical composition what so ever.   We have seen politicians pushed aside to make room for doctors and scientists who for some reason have been given positions of authority and power that does not belong to them.

The population has been terrorized with threats, fines, constant scare tactics, that many people now refuse to watch the news.  The government has allied themselves with so called "professionals" that just happen to agree with their own policies in order to keep the population in a state of control.

It is important to understand that when it comes to doctors and scientists that have been elevated on top of the pedestal of professionalism, there are many and even more such people who don't agree with the evidence being presented as "gospel truth".  The government has sought people who agree with their understanding of what they think needs to be done, in order to add strength to the direction they are going.   The doctors and scientists who don't agree with the "status quo" are being ignored and silenced even by the opposition parties who should be paying attention instead of just criticizing for self gratification.

In less than two months, it has been reported that there are over 70,000 variants of covid-19.  In two months?  Concern was only made with three to four kinds.  But now there are over 70,000?  Where did these come from?  It makes a case for don't believe the government (which I totally agree with), to question everything that comes out of the legislature.    Case in point - how come these 70,000 new variants show up in Ontario, and hardly a word mentioned from other provinces or even other countries to be honest.

When you just think everything is starting to ease up, some government health official creates a new model or module on their computers with selected information, and boom, bang, smack, we have a new crisis on our hands demanding for more controls of the population.  Remember in the first module there were suppose to be 2000 new daily cases, and then it went to 4000 and now it's suppose to the 8000 and only the "professionals" know what the next figures are going to be.  Some one suggested 30,000 a day through out Canada.

Meanwhile in Ontario, the government has stretched their policies beyond the civil liberties to create a police state.  Now that the majority of police services said they would not be involved in the government program, a re-arrangement of sorts to the orders was made.  It was pointed out by mayors and police chiefs that the direction of the Ontario government was taking was unconstitutional.  Now the leader of the federal New Democratic Party, has written a letter to the prime minister to institute the federal Emergency Measures Act for just Ontario, which would allow the Ontario government to over ride all the freedoms, rights, liberties, which regard for, or concern for the Canadian Constitution, The Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and allow the Ontario government to create the police state that they wanted including the carding of people by police services, who will be told they will carry out the measures the government is demanding.

Has anyone noticed that even if everyone, absolutely everyone got vaccinated, the "professionals" are saying that you will continue to have to wear the face diaper (face mask) and you will still have to social distance yourself, and you still will not be able to get together in large numbers.  Add on top of that, that if one does not have a "vaccination passport" that person's movements will be restricted.  

Just to add in a new flavour to this -  it has already been tested and found secure, there is no need to use a debit card or a credit card.  Some stores in California (where else) are experiments using the person's hand print to pay for goods.  All that needs to be done, is a scan of your hand (palm) and the transaction is complete.   The banks will require a person to scan their palm, give personal information so it's just you, and you're good to go.  Combine this technology and your vaccination records, you're all set for the next step which will likely be chip implantation and society is ready to go for the "Mark of the Beast".

 This morning, Police Services through out Ontario have announced that they will not be randomly stopping people either in vehicles or walking on the street to ascertain why the are out side and away from their homes.

One Police Chief advised the government that his officers will not be the "bad guys" of doug ford's restrictions.   Some Police Chiefs and Municipal Counsellors are looking into the Charter of Rights and Freedom as well as the Constitution of Canada and the Constitution Act 1982 and some are even looking at the division of powers in accordance with the British North America Act 1867.  These steps would appear to be developing cracks in the doug ford demands making others the target of government mismanagement.

Thank you Police Services through out Ontario who have announced that they will not comply with doug ford's orders and stop vehicle at random.  The understanding of the accepted concept of "reasonable and probable grounds" or "found committing" are the principals upon which community policing has always be exercised.

The ripple effect is just the beginning.  It is obvious that Police Services in Ontario are not about to be made the "escape goats" or the "bad guys" of government policies which is only designed to control the population.   

And here we are.

 The state has now taken the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and have turned it into toilet papers to flush down the political toilet.   In the name of "for the health of the people" new restrictions have been put in place including the establishment of a police state.

The lies that the Ontario government keeps forcing down the throats of the population can only lead to further abuse of the freedoms Canadians once enjoyed.  People are mentally suffering and going into depression but this government doesn't give a shit as long as they function within the new module that has been created on government computers.

Police given extra powers to determine if in their minds you leaving your home is necessary and it is in their opinion and you have no control over their opinion.  We are in a police state controlled by a fascist government that no desire to lessen their grip on society.  

While the field hospitals that were intended to take the over flow, have not as of yet to this date been used.  Instead the sending of patients to other hospitals and why?  The answer is simple.  After decades of abusing the health system, decades of budget cuts, decades of staff abuse there are not enough nurses to cover the beds.  The rate is one nurse per 6 patients.  When my father was in the hospital, there was one nurse for ten patients and sometimes twelve.  At the midnight shift there were 2 nurses for 60 patients.  That is no exaggeration.  

The truth has come out.  Ontario doesn't have enough nurses because of the years of abuse and budget cuts.  When living in B.C. my room mate who was a nurse, was hired by 7 hospitals and nursing homes and was on call.   Who got him first that where he went.  The phone would ring at 5 in the morning. for him to go  one of the 7 places.

If anything the pandemic as exposed the decades of abuse and now the government is trying to back peddle.  The reality has enabled the government to shit on the population and suspend their rights and freedoms.

Welcome to the police state of Ontario where your liberties have been flushed away.

A new module has been created to instill more fear into the population.  The new module states that there will be 18,000 new covid-19 infections per day by the middle of May, just in time to make sure that the May long weekend will continue to be under the control of the government.

The former module claimed that there would be 6,000 new cases per day by the middle of April.  It is now the middle of April and only 4,000 plus have been reported.  But let us look at the season we are in.  What is this season known as?  This the time of year when people line up to get their flue shots.  This is the time of year that people get colds, and flue.  This is the time of the season where people have runny noses and coughs.  But these conditions all resemble covid-19.  So when they shove that stupid stick up your nose, the membrane is slightly damaged.  What they get on the stick is germs that are colds or flue and so it becomes covid.

Because people are getting wise and are now looking up numbers and doing the calculations they are discovering that the controls the government are imposing are nothing more than just that.  They are controls and nothing more.  Notice that no one is talking about SARS?  Notice no one is talking about getting your flue shot?  Notice that no one is talking about cold medicines?  This is the season when all these "normal activities" occur and no one is looking at it in its proper perspectives.  

The government is more pissed off that their orders are not being obeyed.  The government is more pissed off that people are standing up to them.  The government demands obedience from the population and will stop at nothing to get the blind obedience from the whole population and not just the ones they have scared the crap out of.

We are in the so called third wave, and the fourth wave has already been scheduled for after the summer.  How much longer are we as a province, as a nation, going to agree to have our rights and freedoms trampled under foot?  These high priced bell hops known as politicians aren't loosing any sleep over the plight they have inflicted on the people.  The phrase "We are in this all together" is no longer used because the people have seen through the lie otherwise knowns as pure, unadulterated bull shit right from the beginning.

People are loosing their jobs, can't pay their rents, loosing their homes and business, and all the government can do is offer trinkets in exchange.  Notice lately that neither the media nor the governments are talking about Texas, Florida and the other 13 states that have opened right up?  Why not you ask?  It is simple.  These American states have taken the bold step and discovered that the covid numbers have gone down.  It is also interesting that as soon as joe biden was made president by the media, all of a sudden the numbers of covid patients have come down, that there are vaccines to go around for everyone.  Notice also that Pfizer CEO has come out and stated that a "third" vaccine shot will be necessary -- look who making billions off of this vaccine campaign. 

There is a lot more I can write, but I will have to let that go for another time.

It's For The Health Of The People. Besides - it's just a piece of paper or a digital app. What's the problem?

 

As mentioned before, History is definitely repeating itself, only in a more modern up to date form.  Those who aren't vaccinated won't have a vaccinated passport, but the outcome will be the same as it they had to wear a yellow patch of cloth on their clothing.

Restriction of movement has already been mentioned by the Ontario Minister of Health, and as I have previously posted the use of a vaccination passport is growing in demand and extended purpose of use.

The country is being divided and while there are those who are fighting back, it would appear that the majority of Canadians according to government sponsored surveys, support the use of a vaccine passport to separate the population.  This in turn opens the doors for discrimination and wide spread miss use of these vaccination passports.

Legislation is already being created that would enable a large variety of people from employers to school secretaries, to recreation facilities, police and by law officers, to also include anyone with some sort of authority or owner of a business to request to see a vaccination passport before entry can be gained.

Think about it.  For the safety of others, you will not be able to attend church, go to the gym, eat with your family as a restaurant, go to a wedding or a funeral.  The list is extensive already and the governments at both provincial and federal level are designing these passports.

We have learned nothing from history.

Apparently It Has Already Begun -- Show Me Your Papers

 Apparently it has already been set up.  You will need your vaccination passport to attend university, find a job, enter a restaurant, enter into a public building, attend public and high schools, enter into a store, go to the local bar or hotel, travel from one province to the next, 

The media have been slow to announce it, but it is there.  The changes in the labour laws have already caused a disturbance that an employee to hasn't received his vaccination can be suspended until he get his papers.

One of the Canadian universities have already announce that in the fall all students will need to show proof of vaccination using either a vaccination passport or a digital example on their cell phones.  Some people have announced that they will know attend a church service if someone in the congregation doesn't show proof of vaccination.

When the Nazis came to power, one had to join the party and present his party card in order to get a job, teach at a school or university, even children has to join the Nazi party to participate in youth organization and then just the Hitler Youth.  

Has society not learned anything from History,.  Have the politicians not learned anything from History?  This is madness to resort back to the policies of the Nazi and Communist parties.  Neighbours are encouraged to report neighbours for not keeping to the governments restrictions, just like they did in Germany and Russia.

Authoritarian rule by provincial and federal governments already suggest that the pandemic will not end until 2022 and even then what we were once accustom to will not be there even if the pandemic is declared over.  The reading between the lines has shown that the governments in Canada have no interest in the Charter and Rights and Freedoms, nor the Constitution of Canada.  We are on the edge of the precipice of allowing these politicians to destroy and take away these very documents that Canadians have enjoyed.

The governments in Canada have taken these precious documents and turned them into political shit to be flushed down the political toilet and the majority of Canadians don't even understand let alone know what is going on.

While the lights grow dim on Canadian main stream churches, other churches are being deliberately closed by the government, as in Alberta, without one shred of proof of anyone contracting covid.  The encirclement of Grace Land church is just one example to prosecution of the church.

And how about the restaurant that the city of Toronto changed the locks on the building and then arresting the owner for trespassing.  These are nothing more than actions of a totalitarian state and Canadians are standing beck and allowing these high priced bell hops to trample on the rights and freedoms that are still guaranteed by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Constitution,.

Enough is enough.  People need to rise up and speak up.  This is still Canada with a free and real democracy.  As Canadians we can not continue to allow this to  happen and the media is part of the problem, in fact they are the problem is maintaining the fear mongering.  

I am not saying the covid virus is not here - it is.  But the governments are going about this all wrong and have decided to act authoritatively.  A pandemic that has a recovery rate of nearly 95% does not warrant lockdowns, confiscation of businesses, persecution of the church and the list goes on and on.

What do you want?  Canada as a nation with rights and freedoms!  or are you content with Canada being:

Was Nikita Khrushchev right in what he said so many years ago?

 Not too many people will likely remember the speech made by Nikita Khrushchev so many years ago, there he said "Russia doesn't need to invade the United States.  It will rot from with in and all we have to do is wait." (my paraphrase).   At the time everyone laughed, believing that his speech was just another speech made during the cold war of the 1950s to the fall of communism in Eastern Europe.

With the present "pandemic", governments around the world have exercised their authoritative powers to lock down countries.  It is interesting to note that the Canadian media have not mentioned a thing about the rulings going on in the European courts.  Courts apparently in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, and Spain have ruled that the authoritative powers exercised in these countries are unconstitutional and have been told to stop and return peoples rights and freedoms.

In Canada however, no such action has happened.  The courts are split in what powers the government is allowed to have.  The more serious the case, the less anyone hears, and the courts seem to be silent so far.

Canadians haves watched as governments in Canada including the federal government have used every means possible to gain fresh powers, giving them the authoritative powers they "claim to need" in order to make everyone safe.   That is just it.  The phrase "to make everyone safe" has been tossed around so much that people are believing this brand of political Kool-Aid.  The idea that the government at any level knows what's best for the population is the biggest lie being told.  Each level of government has already been moving to include regulations made by Order in Council that will affect every Canadian.

For example in Ontario, it was discovered that an Order in Council made changes to the labour laws in Ontario.  While getting a covid-19 vaccine is optional, those who haven't been vaccinated and do not have a "vaccination passport" may be suspended without pay at the discretion of the employer.  This was discovered just recently and already labour lawyers are looking into the constitutionality of such a regulation.

By the way, a regulation made by an Order in Council means that the minister in charge of a portfolio can make a regulation (law technically) without first going through parliament to be discussed and voted upon.  This is commonly used and can be changed or withdrawn by any new government or changes made as desired by a sitting government minister.

Canadians have found themselves living in an authoritarian country.   The sitting governments apparently have the support of the majority of citizens as seen in the many government paid for surveys being conducted.  Yes that's right -- government paid for surveys.  This means that the questions have been deliberately designed to reach the desired objectives of the persons who paid for the survey.  Using these specially designed surveys as a means of "citizen support", the governments continue to move ahead into their frame work of authoritarian power gathering.

Is the question posed as the title of this posting correct?  Is Canada rotting from within only to become a form of authoritarian country?  I certainly believe that Canada has started down that road and the governments at all levels will do everything they can to keep it that way.  You don't hear any opposition to the programing coming from any of the opposition parties.  Not one has made this an issue.  In fact members of the parties that have said something, have found themselves sitting as independents.  It was certainly made factual with premier ford when his party grabbed some extra power for later use after the pandemic has been lifted.

That is another interesting point.  In the Constitution Act of 1983, it clearly states that the government of the day, which is made up of only the prime minister and his/her cabinet, have the ability to deem what is a national problem is (pandemic) and how long it will last, and what kind of powers it can decided to use.  Even though trudeau has a minority government, notice he has been governing like he has a majority as a "benevolent dictator".

WHAT HAS COVID-19 TAUGHT ME.

 

The covid "pandemic" has taught me a few things.  The first and foremost is that when a politician speaks, I don't trust him/her from the every beginning.  A sure sign to use is when they say "trust the experts".  That to me is a dead give away.

The second item that covid has taught me is that we are not in this together.  That so called truth is unadulterated bull shit, especially when it comes from politicians. 

The third item that covid has taught me is that yes there is a virus and it is here.  Like the flue it needs to run the course with proper vaccines being made available.  A vaccine that has gone through the proper testing and studies, and not use the public as lab rats to test hypothesis theory.

The fourth item on the list is the loss of civil liberties.  The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, along with the Constitution of Canada has been trampled underfoot.  The governments have regarded these important documents as nothing more than toilet paper to be flushed down the government toilets as if these civil liberties are nothing more than political shit.

The fifth concept that covid has taught me is how to create fear in the hearts and minds of the public.  The media have gone out of their way to instill fear into the public, keeping to the government propaganda.  The governments appear to have control over the news media, ensuring that only the "accepted propaganda" is reported and explained.

Number six on this topic is the success of the fear being established.  Going into stores to buy groceries I have seen the fear in people's eyes.  Everyone wears the required facial diaper, but their eyes show the reality that the public has been made fearful of each other, of their relatives and of themselves,  This enables to government to control the public.

The seventh item in this list, is the ability of the government to establish it's authoritarian rule, which will not end soon.  The government propaganda machine has enabled the government of gain sweeping changes and demands.  This will carry on into the future with as seen already with an introduction of a vaccination passport - both paper and digital.  This is nothing more than further control of the population

Eighth item to be listed, is that the government is already moving ahead secretly to make sure that the populations comply with their programs.  To be vaccinated is voluntary but if you do not have your vaccine passport there will be consequences.  Some of these consequences have already been added to the labour laws.  Any employee who does not have a vaccination passport can be terminated at the will of the company.  Travel from province to province is already being restricted, so without a vaccination passport you will not be able to travel.  It has already been proposed that without the vaccination passport you will not be able to go to bars, pubs, restaurants, participate at the local recreation center and pool.  It has already been suggested that without a vaccine passport you will not be able to attend church services, weddings, funerals or any other public or private gathering.

The ninth lesson taught is that religious buildings, churches, temples and mosques, are being persecuted by the government at will.  The governments worst opposition comes from these sources.  To control them and take away the ability to come together to worship gives the government further control over the population.  The religious communities are places where people of like faith and/or belief patterns come together to gain strength from each other.  If you can isolate the people from attending a worship service, the person's faith (it is believed) will dwindle.  

The tenth item of this list and no where near the end, is the ability of the government, education system, and even the judicial system to prosecute those who do not agree with the status quo, the accepted doctrines of government propaganda.  The calling on of "experts" that agree with the government policies while ridiculing, denying, and censorship of all opposing ideas, theories, concepts, documented facts, and basic reasoning.

The present situation in Canada has all the hallmarks and earmarks of fascism/communism direction of the country and the unfortunate idiom of this whole thing  is that the people, the vast majority of people are allowing it to happen.  The Canada that we once knew, that once was considered the best place to live, has become a collection of soviet styled states exercising unfettered controls over the population.

The Canada we once knew, is no more and will be no more.  Even if the people rise up and revolt (such a nasty word) the government is in a position where it is totally capable of crushing the freedoms we once had.  It's like the writing is on the wall, and no one is reading it.  Those that can read it are being silenced.  Fear runs rampantly deep and the government appears to be making that it will not stop any time soon.

With every passing day of these lockdowns, shutdowns, or what ever name to you want to give the latest government demands and instructions for immediate obedience without question, there is a growing element of society that demonstrate they have had enough.

Governments are now calling "covid fatigue" in their attempts to dissolve and eradicate opposition to the socialist authoritarian rule of governments.  The idea that one size fits all has been expressed by the governments both federally and provincially.  The Charter of Rights and Freedoms have been not only set aside, but nearly expelled from social justice which at one time was the hallmark of Canadian values.  It would appear the great exhibition of Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms that have been on display as the best thing next to slice bread, a showcase around the world, have become nothing more than a piece of toilet paper to be flushed down the toilets of political sewage.

I have indicated in previous blogs that people are getting fed up and tired.  The abuses they see coming from unelected government officials such as the heads of public health officials, have sparked fear of loosing the rights and freedoms that have been lifted up so high in Canadian society.

The authoritarian rule that has been exercised by provincial governments, have trampled under foot federal law and policies.  This is a basic error that provincial laws and policies supersede federal laws and policies, which is in violation the British North America Act of 1867, in the sections of the distribution of powers, which also includes the Constitution Act of 1983.  This only shows how weak the federal government is under justin trudeau, and/or shows how disinterested the prime minister really is as he seeks to find a way to blame the opposition as he fulfills his plans to call an election and win a majority.

The result of all this, can be seen in the reactions of the people.  The divide is there.  There are those who aimlessly obey without question what is demanded of them.  You can tell them as there is fear in their eyes believing that the slightest singular covid bacteria that enters their body, they will surely die.  Then there are those who go along with everything just because they don't want to cause waves and make others feel uncomfortable or fear of offending someone.   Then there are those comply on the outside, but can't wait to take the face diapers off, hoping to being left alone to live a near normal life.  Then there are the ones who protest.  They have become defiant because they see their once sacred rights and freedoms being trampled on by governments and in some cases supported by the courts turning the charter of rights and freedoms into political toilet paper.

The governments and the media are doing all they can to label there protesters as being out of touch with reality.  Some governments in Canada have gone as far as to vilify these protesters, thus causing some in the general public to take offense.  Governments have gone as far as to persecute those who oppose them, such as the Toronto city council that changed the locks on a business without advising the owner.  Or the Alberta government putting a fence around a church, and doing everything they can to say that their actions are not to be considered as persecuting the church.

Again I am not going to say that covid is not here.  It would be stupid and idiotic to say such a thing.  But there are those who do not believe that covid is a made up pandemic so the governments can take control of our lives as we know it.  Hence the movement to the "dark side" as the governments would have everyone see it.

As a nation, Canada will  not be out of this mess come 2022.  Nor will Canada ever see a normality prior to 2020 resurge to the surface ever again.   Like the annual flu shot, there will be an annual vaccination for covid.  The forms of democracy that Canadians once knew will not be there ever again as Canadians sleeplessly submit to authoritarian rule.  Vaccination passports will be the new norm, which will be used to separate society, causing further fears and division in the nation. 

And now for the final fear which will lead to the "dark side", the unconscionable globalization of governments from which people will see and suggest as the movement of governments toward the mark of the beast and the fulfillment of the Apostle John's Revelation.  And I leave you here. 

The Third Wave - The Mask Has Become a Symbol - Unfortunately

 We are in a time of turmoil where the people of Ontario, and even Canada are getting tired of the covid-19 continual roll out of information.  Information that as best of times can be questionable.  But what has happened?  Will this end?  Will the vaccine be the "wonder" drug that everyone is thinking?

For the government, the masses are falling behind in goosestep precision without question.  The people are walking around with fear in their eyes.  They are afraid of each other and afraid of people in general.  I have seen it as I go shopping in the stores.  People's eyes show fear as they are constantly being told "stay home, stay apart, don't touch anyone, wash your hands." and the list goes on and on.

I am not about to say that covid is not here,  It is and yet it is real.  What is happening appears to be something that many people do not concur with.  We hear the problems in the GTHA, Ottawa, Niagara Region, Peel Region and Halton Region.  The medical of health doctors are telling us that their Intensive Care Units are full, that the hospitals are being taxed to the limit, and each one has a story to tell the puts further fear in the minds of people.  Again I am not about to say covid is not here, however there are a few things that people need to understand, while at the same time tying their shorts in knots.

About two weeks ago, the military erected field hospitals in parking lots of some Toronto hospitals.  These tents are intended to put covid patients in so that numbers in the ICU would come down and to take the pressure off the hospitals.  To this day, these field hospitals are not in use.   Burlington has an 80 bed field hospital in the parking lot, and this has been there since last year.  So far it was only used once for five patients, and now as a vaccine center.  Again, no relief from the ICU and this tent stays unused for the purpose it was intended.  Now a new field hospital is being erected at Hamilton General Hospital with a capacity for 80 beds.  Will this field hospital actually be used?  No I don't believe it will.

The reason I believe that these field hospitals are not in use, is because there are not enough nurses in Ontario to cover these beds.  So it is not a bed shortage, nor is it room shortage.  What it is, is a nursing shortage.   For decades hospitals have abused the nursing staff.  Many nurses are not employed as full time nurses.  Many are only part time, occasional part time, all for to save a dollar here and there.

From what I understand, there should be one nurse for every six patients.  That number has been dramatically changed as one nurse now looks after ten patients, and on the midnight shifts three nurses for sixty patients.  Only full time nurses get benefits while the other nurses are only part time, or occasional and therefore don't have benefits.

I knew of one nurse that was employed by three nursing homes, and seven hospitals.  Which ever hospital or nursing called first, were the one's that got that nurse for the day.  I saw nurses at Vancouver General wash floors and perform other maintenance work as part of their duties.  I saw relatives of patients stay in the patient's room and writing down ever nurse or doctor that walked in the room, what time, what was said, what medication and meals were given.  I saw nurses leave for the day, not knowing if they were returning the next day.  This also was carried on in Ontario.

Nurses were being recruited to go to the United States, before the nurse even graduated.  So this is why I believe that there are not enough nurses to attend to the beds.  I have learned that when a hospital says they don't have enough beds, that code for they don't have nurses to attend to the beds.

The third wave is here, and scarier that even, now that it has been estimated that covid has mutated to not just three new viruses, but now a total of at least two thousand new variants.  As a result some people have looked at the governments and fail to believe them.  People no longer believe the government, nor do they accept what the doctors are saying.  We have heard doctors on both sides of the argument, and  have believed one of the sources or none of the sources.

The Mask had become a symbol now, a sign of blind obedience, an object of submissiveness.  The mask unfortunately is seen as a means of government enslavement to the covid propaganda machine.  The end result is defiance.  People are now thinking for themselves which is something that governments do not want.  The mask has brought on arrests, charges, and friction between people.  As in all symbols of oppression, the mask is seen as a sign of oppression and what do people do to become free -- if to throw off the restrictions of oppression which in this case has become the mask.

People who live in rural communities don't see what is being reported in the cities as it does not effect them.  Where I live, there are some one hundred and seven or so people who have tested positive for covid.  Not one person is in the hospitals though as the time of writing this blog, but are all at home in isolation.  

What really needs to happen is that all these cases where people are being charged and fined, need to be heart in the courts.  Demands need to be made on the health unit doctors to produce the evidence, which at this time, they haven't, which leads to the concept that there is no evidence to give.  Court cases hinge on evidence and if it is not there, than the court proceedings can not be continued.  Many health unit doctors don't have the evidence that is being demanded.

We need to know that covid is here and it can be serious.  We also have to stop being afraid and start living our lives again.  Herd immunity may or may not happen, and the vaccines may not be the golden calf that everyone is worshipping.  Like the flue, covid will not be going away anytime soon.  Not this year and not even next year.

Do we follow blindly, or do we pick and choose our battles.  So far everyone is just getting tired and they just want covid and the government to just go away.

Have We Arrived?

 We have been told that vaccination passports would not be happening in Canada, let alone Ontario.  It is of little wonder that I don't trust governments.  Since the announcement of no vaccination passports, Canadians who have received their vaccinations have received their vaccination cards which are vaccination passports.

People who have been vaccinated are asked, not required yet, carry these cards with them where ever they go as proof of vaccination.  Well who is wanting to look at these cards?  What purpose are these cards?  If these cards are being used for international travel purposes, that's one item.  It has been a common practice with many international travelers to have proof of vaccination when going to countries like South Africa, Brazil or other countries where malaria and other contagious diseases are present.  It has been a long standing practice that in order to obtain a travel visa, people were required to be vaccinated.

But this?  This request to carry a proof of vaccination card for local purposes can only have one purpose.  That purpose is to force vaccinations on people, control the movement of the population, and to be used in such a way that it can only lead to discrimination and separation of the public.  

Already it was noticed that through an "Order in Council" the Ontario government has quietly placed in the labour regulations that vaccination cards will be needed in order to obtain, retain, and enter into the work force.  The regulation states that employers can request to see and record who has been vaccinated.  If an employee does not have a vaccination passport, the employer has the right to dismiss that employee until he/she obtains their now required vaccination and proof of that vaccination.

Already labour lawyers are getting involved as some employers have already begun the practice.  Students will need these vaccination passports to attend every level of schools, from child care services to university campuses.  No papers no admittance.   When you go with your family to a restaurant, if you can not produce your documents, you can be barred from entering.  If you wish to go shopping, you will be required to present your vaccination passport in order to go shopping.

Vaccination passports are already being devised in an app for your cell phones so all you have to do is produce a photo on your cell phone.  The next step is have a chip placed in your hand or forehead which can be scanned to allow participation in society.  Think this is too far?  Think again.  The concept has already been visualized in Canada and becoming developed for the very near future.

When you go to the airport and some other places, and a person puts a thermometer gun to your forehead to measure your body temperature, how easy would it be to turn that temperature gage into a scanning devise to scan a chip placed in your hand or forehead?  Something to think about wouldn't you think?

Think about it.  Can the suggestions be made more clear that the Book Of Revelation is becoming more and more revealing as it has become in the present age?

 Today, the Alberta government erected a fence around the property of Grace Life Church to prevent worshipers from gathering for Sunday services.  This act is nothing more than the government actively persecuting the church.  The action sends a message to other churches through out Canada that if you don't do as you are told, the church will be fenced off and you will be prevented from worshipping God as it is guaranteed under the Constitution of Canada and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.  

Technically it is a deliberate violation of Criminal Code of Canada, section 176 as it deliberately prevents a person from worship.

Now let's be honest.  If this was a mosque, a temple, a synagogue, nothing would have been done.  |Nothing, absolutely nothing.  But because it is a Christian church, the church has become fare game and the governments of Canada have put the Christians in the cross-hairs of their arsenal of weapons as the governments continue to persecute the Christian church.

If this deliberate discriminating act of persecution is left unchallenged every Christian church in Canada is destined to succumb to similar acts forcing the closure of Christian Churches regardless of the denomination.  If the government gets away with act of persecution, not even the mosques, temples or synagogues will be able to escape similar persecution.

The state in Canada is not the friend of religion.  This needs to be understood.  Canada is not the tolerant nation that it lets on to be.  If anything Canada is intolerant of religions because every religion shows the corruption of politicians.  Religious freedoms are conditional on government actions or lack of actions.

This event in Alberta demonstrates the true desire of the government, which is to persecute the church.  This is an act of fascism/communism (pick your choice it doesn't matter) authoritarian dictatorial rule that has been and is being supported by many people in Canada who too have a similar dislike for religion in Canada.

Trudeau is even quoted as saying that Christianity is the worst thing to happen in western society and he would like to eradicate it.

As the Nazis put up their fence around Grace Church we need to remember that if this is acceptable than every church in Canada will become a target through out Canada.

Are Vaccines Given Too Much Trust?

 Over the past four to six months, it appears that governments have been putting vaccines on a pedestal, proclaiming vaccines to be the final fix.  Governments through the media have been telling everyone that if they get the vaccine they will be protected.  The claims of getting back to normality if everyone gets vaccinated is being spear headed by politicians.  All appear to have a fear that if the media and the politicians say anything contrary that all hell will break out.

To date, the best scenario is that vaccines, any vaccines for anything at best lessen the chances of getting a virus.  The annual flue vaccine is the best example.  Every year people line up to receive the latest flue vaccine to that year's flue season.  Should we expect then, that the covid vaccine will be any different than let's say the annual flue vaccine.

In the early days of the 1950s and 1960s, vaccines were given to school children and adults alike to try and put an end to such diseases such as measles, polio, hooping cough, and a list of other preventive vaccines.  Interestingly enough, I myself have had the measles three times despite the vaccination.

It is true that there have been diseases that have been put down completely because of these vaccines, however those days are gone.  What I mean by that it that the days of researching and coming up with a vaccine that will eradicate a terminal disease is basically over.   Pharmaceutical companies do not appear to be that interested in eradication, but rather preventative so that yearly vaccinations have become the norm.  From this, the pharmaceutical companies are in the business to make money from what ever drugs they can develop and sell these at such high prices that in order to get the vaccine, one has to sell all that they have.   Cancer is one of the biggest slash and grab medications that the  pharmaceutical companies have been able to rape the victim of cancer and their families clean, and get away with it.

|It is believed that covid vaccines have become big multi-million dollar exploitations that these companies have made in such a short time, and governments have been willing to pay the millions needed in order to obtain enough of the vaccines to vaccinate the population.  But this vaccine is not the end all of all or even come close to what the population have been expecting and told by governments.

Like the flue vaccine, the covid-19 vaccine will be an annual vaccination and in the same understanding that this vaccine will not stop or eradicate covid-19 but will only assist a person from going to the hospital.  In other words, like the flue vaccine, one will have to be vaccinated yearly in order to stay out of the hospital but they still run the risk of getting covid if they happen to come in contact with an infected person.

The idea that everyone will be able to remove their face masks (face diapers) is considered a false statement by many doctors and scientists who have been proclaimed by governments to be experts as long as they agree with the latest in government propaganda.

So while there is a very strong near worshipping of the vaccine golden calf, the religion of covid is not going to go away.  And just a reminder, even though there is a flue vaccines, still more than 30 million people die of the flue even if they have been vaccinated.

Easter Weekend

 This Easter Weekend is being marked with restrictions, loss of civil liberties, and being told how to live all in the name of a pandemic.  Fear is being placed in the hearts and minds of individuals by the governments of Canada and the provinces, all supported by main stream media who unfortunately don't investigate news, but rather toe the line of government propaganda serving kool-aid to the public.

Despite all of this.  Despite all the restrictions, loss of freedoms, and being controlled by an ever more public embracing the authoritarian dictatorial rule of both federal and provincial governments, the act of freedom and the braking off the shackles authoritarianism will be observed this weekend.

Regardless of anyone's religion, Easter weekend or Passover are symbolic of freedom gained by those who believe and by those who do not believe.  It is important that these two signs of freedom continue to be flourished regardless of what so called democratic governments order.

Passover represents physical freedom gained from slavery to being free men and women and children.  Easter weekend represents the spiritual freedom expressed from being a slave to religion to being free from religion.  Very few may agree with me, but without either the Passover or Easter weekend freedom could not have been understood.

Passover and Easter exemplifies the freedoms that no one can take away.  With the government restrictions being placed on the populations, people have come to realize that freedom comes with a price.  That civil liberties come at a cost.  Both Passover and Easter are action filled demonstrations of the freedoms being demonstrated in their rightful renditions to be played out.

Passover empowered the Children of Israel to throw off the shackles of Egyptian tyranny.  Easter empowers the believer to throw off the shackles of religions that oppress the individual into compliance through fear.   One may be able to enslave the physical being, but they can not enslave the soul of the individual.  A religion may enslave the individual but it can not enslave the spirit of the individual.  There is freedom through God that can not be taken away, for God has ordained freedom from the very beginning.  God gave His creation the freedom to act and to decide, and that same freedom from the very beginning of His creation still abounds in His present creations for we are all free individuals, all we have to do is grasp the freedom that God offers.
